The slightly lower temperature after yesterday"s storm and headwind allowed me to do some acclimatization training in the hills. I was doing well, but towards the end it got more challenging, probably due to my low blood pressure (the heat really throws it off), so I didn"t push it too hard, and I wrapped up the ride before I got dizzy. Good training, anyway. 🤗😇
